I am in the commercial remodel business in the Dallas area and sometimes come across things that are surprised people will throw away. Such is the case with what I have at the current job we are working on.
We have restaurant booths, tables, pendant lights, carpet tiles, and ceiling hung tv brackets. All of this stuff is in great shape and would be great for someone who is starting up the own restaurant or want to remodel an existing one.
