New to the site, I have been smoking baby backs for some time, and a little jerky here and there, using a simple charcoal Brinkman. I am new still to smoke cooking, and a person from a fishing site reffered this one, wow!
So much to make and eat, different ways. Cant wait to try so more. From central Iowa. I heard about smoking a fatty, thats on my list.
