My name is John. I am in the process of retiring and moving to Kimberling City Missouri...looking forward to unpacking all my smoking equiptment and getting to work on some snack sticks etc while sitting by the lake. May try to produce a little "fish balony". A friend of mine used to make this years ago with Northern. I'll keep you posted on my success or ??
Been smoking sausage etc for a couple years now. Got interested in it years ago but a young family and work got in the way. Got lots of time now so thought I'd try it again. Tons of good info on this site...thanks for your help...

Welcome John! Take some pics when you get unpacked. We'd love to see your setup and some photos of your smokes. Congrats on retiring.
