Hi I'm my name is Kyle, and I'm a smokeaholic. I'm a 21yr old from southeastern Kansas and have been smoking solo (no guidance from Pops or Grandpa) for 3 years now. My love for smoking started from my dad and grandpa who always seemed to love spending a nice day relaxing with some cobeer and tending to some damn tasty food.

I grew up using a custom build 8ft tow-behind smoker of my grandpa's design and build. Unfortunately, it isn't quite as roadworthy nowadays and I have less space because I'm in college. About 7months ago my housemate bought him a SnP that we quickly modified with some insulation and a gas burner. And here not to long ago I acquired a BSKD that I am in the process of setting up my propane burner/trying to season with charcoal. I'm really anxious about seeing how it smokes, but keep finding the only days I have available to season are the gustiest days.
