I've browsed your site off and on for the last year or so. I have a True North electric smoker (like a little chief), and am just getting started. So far I am focusing on ribs and pork roasts, and am greatly enjoying the new hobby.

It gets pretty cold where I live, and I couldn't wait till spring, so after Christmas I converted a fridge into an electric smoker. The entire build cost about half of what my new True North smoker did - and it's much easier to control and use - even in -25'C weather!

I plan to post a pic of my smoker in the Electric Smoker section.
