pork loin

Can you cook pork loin and pull the meat? I have one on (3lb) and need to decide when to take it out?

Personally I don't think theres enough fat on a loin and its the wrong texture to pull or take to pulling temps

I agree with Piney on this. Pork loin is one of my favorites, but I think it's too lean to be good for pullin'.

x5 loin is way to good to pull stuff it & slice it and wow its gooooooooooooood stuffwink.gif
