I set sail for the maiden smoke this past Friday night around midnight and went until about 6pm on Saturday afternoon. I have a few pics but no great qview. Sorry lots of distraction!

Fire watcher

Briskets after 9hr with butts hiding behind them!

On guard!

BBacks, spares, beef ribs, briskets, butts, chuckies, turkey, chicken & chick qtrs

Taste testers started pulling the briskets before I could slice it!



Advisers, consultants, taste testers, beverage handlers and my dogs AKA clean up crew!
 
Nice lookin rig....and some fine lookin eats!!

only 1/3 of them folks in the photo are smiling, tell em to grin for free que dangit. That is a nice big pit and alot of food, job well done
