Fantastic site. Got a MES for B-Day in Jan. Have used your info extensively ever since. Finally figured out how to post. First smoke was eatable brisket but not what I was looking for. Then ribs, more brisket, butt, Fatties, 7 bone roast, more ribs, veggies. Told the grand kids I was thinking about trying Baked Alaska. Once again thanx to all for the fantastic help PDT_Armataz_01_37.gif from this site. Will be joining soon now that I have figured out how to communicate.

Glad to hear from you. I got a MES in Jan as well - but man you must be working it fulltime to get all those in so far! I used WAY too much wood the first time out but am getting the hang of it now.
