Don't know what happened, but I couldn't log in under my old screen name. So I'll start over. I'm from upstate SC and have been involved in cooking and grilling for most of my life. Got involved in smoking about a year ago and love every thing about my new creations (ESPECIALLY THE FATTIES). I enjoyed the site and used many recipies and learned alot about how to control smoke and air flow and really getting that thin blue heaven, what a rush. I also play a little music with my family and the two go great together. I have printed out the entire e-course that Jeff put out and have studied it closely. Really good food is a science and this course puts you in line with how the two go together.
