I am currently building a new smoker. Would love to see some pics for a few fresh ideas. Once done, I will gladly post pics of my grill.

made this one out of an old air tank for work related smokes.

water tanks top 5' x 2' . Heat chamber between and fire box below. Did extensive searching on the "galvanized" issue.

painted with auto paint. still there no bubbles. Top doesn't get too darn hot.

Hats off (or welding masksbiggrin.gif ) to the guys that built there own. Nice work! I bet the food has to taste better, knowing you built the smoker yourself eh?
