My UDS is Finished!

Last week-end I put the finishing touches on my UDS project.

The week-end before I seasoned it with vegtable oil. I got the temps up
around 550F for a while and then back down to around 250F.
I wanted to bake the high temp paint on. I think air flow is going to
work well.

I plan on smoking a couple of racks of Pork Spares this week-end to see how she performs.

Thanks everyone. Glad you like it. It was fun coming up with ideas to Bling it Out, and making those ideas work.

Is the blog OK too? It needs some minor work, and I'll be adding in some Smokes as I go.

Great job jerry, love the thing I want one ...Now where can i get a clean barrel, the dolly I would have painted black....But that is like telling a man his windows needing cleaning on his Yatch...while fishing next to him in a rowboat.....he he great job I know what i want to do now....next project filed away..just jokeing about the paint on dolly
