First smoke

Last Sunday, I had my "first smoke" on my used Traeger "Lil Tex". Smoked "Baby Backs" with a simple rub using the 3-2-1 method and they were fantastic. The family applauded loudly and shouted "you didn't overcook the ribs this time"!

Looking forward to more "smokes"

you only forgot one thing.... the qview!!!! we all like to share smokes here. mebe next time ... sounds like the ribs turnt out great!!!
welcome to the forum!!!! great people here you will have a great time and lurn a bunch. ck out the 5 day ecourse, its free if you havnt already...
also got to recomend jeffs rub and sauce. good stuff!!!
