Hello all, typical hamburger and hot dog griller turned smoker. Dad took me to Tennesee few years back and had a Pulled pork sandwich with slaw on top that was damn near a religous experience.(Safe to say the first REAL Q I ever had). Came from a little shack round Sardis. Finally bought an inexpensive smoker and have blundered thru three butts so far. Look foward to learning the basics instead of guessing. I have a "Chargriller" with a side box. I have also done some stuffed Jalepenos.
