Well, the wife wanted some CS ribs tonight. Took them out of the freezer a couple days ago. Rubbed last night with Jeffs rub. Hot and humid today so I did them on the RO electric so I didn't have to babysit them. Used hickory and some RO lump on top of the element. Get more smoke that way. They were very tender and moist. This is her vavorite to have, even though they aren't ribs.

All done and ready to eat.

Nice, and affordable. I like them also. Last ones I did I cured with Tender Quick. Tasted like bone in Ham, lol.

Mark - those are really great looking ribs. I've never tried country style before but they look awfully meaty behind the butcher glass. Now I've seen how you've smoked them, they're on my next list to purchase!

Did ya spritz them with anything during the smoke? To what internal temp did ya cook them to? Thanks, and very nice smokes!!

One of our favs. Hard to beat them. It's a butt cutt into strips. So tender and an easy winner! Great work!

Looks great and probably tasted better

Hi Laurel. I usually use apple juice and the capt for the spritz. This time I just went with cherry juice for a change. Very nice flavor. I cooked them to around 160, about 4 1/2 hrs.
