Hey!!!

My name in Jim and i am from North Liberty, IN. I have been grilling for years, and occasionally doing some smoking. I used to have a Brinkman upright smoker, but had not used it in a while. Had been using my trusty kettle grill for about everything(even baked a cake on it once on a bet), but this year my wonderful wife got me a Chargriller with sfb for Fathers day. Done a few things on it so far, chicken, ribs, pork chops, and a pork loin roast. Stumbled on this site looking for a good supllier for wood, realized I had found the Jedi of smoking and then figured i needed all the help I could get.......
