Hi guys,

I have a Brinkman 'entry-level' smoker and have used it quite a few times (more or less) successfully. However, I have a problem with bringing the temperature up. No matter how much charcoal I add, I just can't seem to bring the temperature up.
I was thinking if it has to do with the airflow in those things and possible mod the smoker a little bit that I can regulate the air a little better but I thought I ask first.

Thanks.

Sounds good. I wanted to drill the holes anyway, looks like I will also try to get an extra rack for it.
Thx
