hello, I'm from Denham Springs,LA now, Moved here from Kansas Last August, Before that Albuquerque, New Mexico.

My wife got me a smoker a few weeks ago,early fathers day gift. I love it, in the learning stages of smoking,

Vince welcome to SMF. lots of good folk here that are eager to help you out. Just ask any questions you may have, someone will be along with the answer. remember the only dumb question is the one you don't ask.
Be forwarned smoke cookin is very addictive and there is no cure except to smoke something else. As the lyrics to hotel california state you can check out any time you like but you can never leave. Again welcome to the SMF family
