Someone made a recent post regarding "Wango Tango" sauce.
I was poking around. Found a site. NOT SURE IT's related but got to looking there, saw this and thought I'd share it.

Pulled Pork Hash

6 Tb. Olive oil
Approx. 1 ¾ lb. all purpose potatoes (boiled whole with skin on, then peeled and diced)
1-package Dinosaur BBQ Pulled Pork
1 med – large onion (small dice)
4 cloves garlic (minced)
2 – 3 jalapenos (minced)
3 – 4 tsp. Kosher salt
3 tsp. black pepper
3 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. cumin
8 eggs
Boil a pot of water
Put 1 TBSP White Vinegar
Once water is at a "rolling" boil
Crack eggs and insert into water
Cook for 90 seconds.
Done to perfection (in my world, cooked w thick but runny yolks)
Side Note:
Use a Slotted Ladle or spoon to remove eggs

6 Tb. Olive oil

1-package Dinosaur BBQ Pulled Pork

- Cook potatoes until soft, remove skin, and dice small
- Mix pulled pork with potatoes in bowl.
- Heat 2 Tbs. of oil and cook onions and peppers until softened, then add garlic til soft.
- Fold mix into pork and potatoes.
- Add remaining spices to mix, work at with your hands until fully blended.
- Form into 6 – 8 patties. Will yield 8 – 6oz patties – make sure theyâ€[emoji]8482[/emoji]re firm.
- Heat remaining oil and fry hash patties until browned and crispy, then flip. Brown on other side, then serve.
- Top each hash patty with a poached egg.
