Just checkin' in here. Been smokin' for a few years but just now gettin' serious about it. Figured a KCBS CBJ class was a good place to start and it's quickly taking over my weekends!
By "serious" I mean I am trying to learn as much as I can to really appreciate good bbq. Starting as a CBJ, I hope to taste some of the best...I need to know if what I'm cooking is actually worth a spit!
