Hi everyone,

my name is Jeff and I am becoming a smoking addict. **Hi Jeff!**

I live in Huntsville in north Alabama and am using an ECB h2o smoker right now, without the h20 since my pan has rusted and sprung a leak. hope to move up to a CGSP soon, have a lead on some on sale at krogers for $150 or so, so i am headed on my day off tomorrow to check them out.

Auburn grad, LSU fan, go/geaux tigers!

Welcome, this is the right place to be if you are addicted...You will be on here day and night when you are not smoking something....Then when you have your friends and family over and you want them to wait while you take pix of your food..for your Q-VUE they will think you are insane...come back and tell us...we all can relate!!

Hello Jeff... the 12 step program is NOT really the same..it's all about FURTHERING your addiction here!

And... I don't use a pan. My bottom grate has a thick foil on it to re-direct the heat. In the cold weather I add bricks on the top..as some use sand in the pan. Read up on the H20 smokers mods here...and ENJOY!

i have got some homework to do today - i have a rack of baby backs and a large bone in shoulder to smoke tomorrow. will be sure to do some qview as well

Welcome to the SMF!! I've got a H20 and with a few mods can be a great little smoker....don't know why companies make things you have to modify to work right.
