Well, I did some ribs today. They turned out pretty good and tender. I think it was a good 1st try as they all got eaten! Can't wait to get them down a bit better. That's the fun in it I guess, we always look forward to the next session. Tommorow I'm going to try a pork sirloin roast.
Any way heres a couple of photos for the droolers.

Awsome looking ribs! I love trying to top my last smoke, thats what makes smoking so much fun. Well that and the beer. Keep the Q-view coming.

If you don't mind my asking, did you use the 3-2-1 or any variation? Did you use your own rub? And what kind of wood did you smoke? Sorry, but I'm always lookin' for something new/different.

Yep. 3-2-1. I used my own rub recipe and pulled them at 170. Just the average rib smoke, I guess. Oh yeah, I used hickory, a little apple, and a bit of maple.
