All right, it's done....I went with Green Pepper, Videlia Onion, Marble Cheddar cheese cubes, and shredded hash browns, and I put a little breakfast sausage seasoning on the pork (my pork comes unflavored from the locker). So I pretty much have a breakfast omelet fattie, if I lay an egg over the top before I eat it. It's resting now. Thanks again for all the good advice.
