Hello everyone,
My name is Ray. I am from Lincoln, Alabama. I live just a rocks throw from Talladega Super Speedway. Race week at Talladega BBQ/Smoking is King around here. I have a Weber Kettle, Brinkman Smoke & Grill, Sunbeam Gas w/side burner, a NEW 24/16 Deck and a NEW Char-Griller Duo w/side fire box. I have limited experience in smoking. But I am allready ahead of the game with the info. from SMF. I will start my new smoker with all the MOD's that everyone has listed here. I look foward to learning from the Pro's at SMF.
