Hello all, my name is Aaron and I live in Muskegon Michigan. I've been smoking for a few years now, mainly jerky and salmon but just recently in the last year bumped up to summer sausage, turkey's, fatties, pig candy, brats and baby back ribs. Next I'd like to do some pulled pork and I wouldnt mind trying to do some of my own bacon in the future. I'm married with three kids, none of them care for smoked foods so pretty much all that I make either goes to work or gets put in the freezer for hunting camp and fishing trips.
