4 half pound Burgers with just some cracked pepper.





Smoked the bacon for about 40 mins at 250 degrees





Cook them for about a hour and a half at 250 degrees (I like mine well done)



I smoked some onion slices and added sliced Pepperjack Cheese, Horseradish,Ketchup, Musturd on a onion Bakery Bun.....The Smoked Bacon Cheeseburger and it was AMAZING!
 
Great looking burgers...The onion rolls are a nice touch.

Never seen a burger with a little smoke ring!!! Bet it was yummy:-)

Have to try that sometime, maybe mix in some pork and go to 1 1/2 inches?

I'm hungry, time for lunch!

Nice Job Matt! Next time throw some thin sliced or shaved ham in the smoker to go with it... Pig N Bulls are great smoked!
 
Matt that looks great, I like the fact that you didn't add a lot of stuff to them. Burgers are good just the way you done them. Good job on the Q view
