3-2-1 ok for country style ribs?????????????

Country ribs are just chunks of butt. Treat accordingly, but use a rib rub/sauce if ya like, and Cook for slicing.

Normally I throw them on the grill too, but have also done them a modified 3-2-1 via Meowey's post.
