Wind chill is irrelevant. Wrapped the ECB just inside the garage door. Temp down to 8, and a cozy 280° in the li'l buddy when I opened the lid to insert pork.
I think my brain is just froze, Java. BUT I have the venerable James B. Beam in company to keep my blood from freezing!
7° and dropping. 225° is what the ECB is hosting the hunk-o-pork at. Impressed with the li'l buddy!
LOL! Or ice skates as it were! I put the butt on tonight just to keep me up for the late Wings game..West coaster tonight...grrr.
gotta love the ecb's ........i will use one till the day i die.........for small smokes, they are the hot ticket item

Third load for preburned oak/Hickory heating up now...wow..it's flippin' cold! Still a toasty 225° in the li'l buddy ECB.
Now 4° and 4th load of coals. 215° in the ECB, Third beer and hmmm 4th shot. Things are on schedule :{)
AND Wings up 5-2 going into the third. Only got 175° on the butt... not gonna have tha tsammie tonight it looks like ah well... :{)
6-3 Wings win...and I had to slice offa couple thin cutsoff the end...YummMMm! A great butt... must be the weather?
