got some nice looking uncooked cured hams at the local grocer ,thought I might try one , looking for tips , recipes , whatever ? 10 to 12 # bone in

Try doing it 225 to 250 degrees with just smoke and see how you like it.

If you want you can season it and add mustard and stuff but you'll know what you like if you do it plain first.
