Hello everyone! Found Jeff's website and decided to give smoking a try. I have a SMGO smoker. I tried a tri-tip and it came out pretty good. I live in Fallon, NV which is a small ranching town. I entered a back yard BBQ contest last weekend using Jeff's rub and sauce on tri-tips and won 1st place. I was pretty proud of myself. I signed up for Jeff's 5 day course about a month ago and only received day 3. How long does it take to get the rest of the course?

welcome nevada- i'm sure you'll get the rest as there a lot of comp issues w/ people lately. have faith in jeff- he won't steer ya wrong.- if ya changed yer spam filters be sure to look in yer junk box or simply put his e-mail addy on yer allow list to make sure ya get it. welcome to smf.
 
welcome to SMF. The info on the E-course is great. It is worth the wait. If ya need info now look through the forum topics. There is a vast wealth of knowledge here. Good luck on the smoking.

I'm sure I've been through Fallon, aren't you on the western side of the state? I worked in Hawthorne for a short while. About went blind on some local moonshine there. Ah the memories...

Thanks for the reply. Fallon is about 60 miles north of Hawthorne on Hy 95. Sorry about the bad booze. I grew up just a little ways from where you live. I went to school in Rosemead. Again thank you.
