I did two shoulders this weekend for pulled pork, and of course I threw in a fatty. This time I tried stuffing it with roasted garlic, raw onions, and cheese. That for me was a winning combo! Although I needed to use more garlic, (never enough right?) when you got a bite with a good chunk of garlic in it the flavor compliment was supurb! For you garlic lovers out there that is a must.
