I started preping this morning about 9:30 cooking up some red peppers and onions. Split a pork loin and stuffed it with the peppers and onions, made 2 fattys and stuffed them with the same and cheese, wrapped in them in bacon. I just put them in the smoker and it's already noon. Man time flies by when your having fun! I'll post some Q-views later. Oh ya, I had to make a batch of rub too. Happy smoking all!!

The pork loin is ready, now time to make the sides. French cut green beens with bacon and onions, and yukon gold mashed potato's.
