Hello from Vancouver Island. i got home from work yesterday, And sitting in my driveway was a "true north" smoker that my wife got from a yard sale. I have never used one and I have NO idea what you could cook or how long you would smoke it for but I have tried smoked Muskie, Salmon, Bamby and Bull winkle. All of them were amazing! I will now rely on the advise I can get from this forum to help me get smokin'!!!! I look forward to chatting with all of you and with any luck I will wear this thing out as I get the hang of it!
