something different for your Brats

5 to 6 smoked BRATWURST LINKS
4 medium POTATOES; Peeled and cubed and boiled for 6-8 minutes
1 small ONION; Chopped.
1/4 oil
1 can(s) (14.5 ounce) GREEN BEANS; Drained.
1/3 cup(s) GREEN BELL PEPPER; Chopped.
2 cup(s) CHEDDAR CHEESE; Grated.
1 can(s) (10 3/4 ounces) CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP
2 cup(s) WATER

*Cut smoked bratwurst links into bite size pieces.

*brown onion in DO with oil

*add potatoes to cooked onions

*Add water, soup, potatoes, green beans, onions and green pepper.

*Cover DO

*Simmer ingredients for an hour.

*Add cheese and stir until cheese is melted.

*Season with pepper to taste.

just some cooking oil, like crisco :)

I think you could add just about anything!!
