I love to BBQ. Smoking is my method of choice and it's been an exercise in patience...and I'm an impatient person so not only do I get to learn how to create great food (I've always loved to cook), I get to grow as a person as well. I'm originally from Texas and I always thought my daddy made the best brisket. Moving 8 hours from my family to MS pushed me to get a smoker (can't call dad for my regular order of bbq anymore) and now I'm addicted. I smoke/ grill everything. I don't have an oven so I'm finding new ways to manage with my box smoker (fired up right now and smoking 3 briskets for my church) and my husband's home-made charcole grill all the time. I hope to have a smoke house one day. Y'all have a nice day!
