I am selling my three year old Meadow Creet TS-250 BBQ/Smoker Trailer with Chicken Cooker. Asking $5200.00  Smoker is in Levittown, PA about 20 miles to the NE of Philadelphia.  This unit was purchased new three years ago. I was a member of a successful BBQ Competition, but we have decided not to pursue the competition circuit any longer so this unit is too much for the occasional pig roast for large scale event.

This unit was purchased new for $8000.00 + dollars. I ordered it with numerous upgrades:

It has the three shelf warm box that keeps food at 140 degrees or higher depending on the fire in the firebox.

It has the optional BBQ 42 chicken cooker. You can raise the charcoal tray to a higher setting, place the top of the chicken grate in the open position and direct grill on it.

It has the option stainless steel side shelves on both sides of the main cooking chamber and stainsteel top of the chicken cooker.

It is a reverse flow smoker that cooks evenly throughout the chamber; there are temperature gauges on both doors on the main cooking chamber.

All lights and turn signals are in working order.

Smoker is in excellent condition. After each event and use, the unit was cleaned with degreaser and a pressure washer. When cleaned and dried, the unit was sanded and surface grinded where applicable and re-painted with Ultra High Heat grill paint to maintain its integrity.

Payment accepted in the form of cash, certified check or USPS or Western Union Money order in US funds. Local pick-up only or buyer arranges shipping at their cost.

Here is the product description from the manufacture's website:

Barbecue purists know the best part of barbecue is low and slow smoking... low temperatures and slow cooking allow flavor to develop in a natural, delicious way. This high end reverse flow smoker makes it a breeze to crank out amazing barbecue while still giving you the fun of poking coals in an offset firebox.

As with all Meadow Creek equipment, the workmanship on the TS250 BBQ Smoker is outstanding--from the heavy duty doors and lids to the non-rusting food grade stainless steel grates and the rounding of otherwise sharp and unhandy corners. Everything is built to give you the best cooking experience possible on an offset smoker.

Deck it out with a chicken cooker grill, stainless steel work shelves, insulated firebox, and a trim package, and you're ready to roll smoke and crank out amazing barbecue for your clients and friends in class!

The TS250 BBQ Smoker is like the Meadow Creek TS120 BBQ Smoker except it offers 17 square feet of cooking space instead of 11.

The TS250 is a fine option for mobile chefs and serious barbecue enthusiasts. Whether you are cooking for clients or friends and neighbors, this rig will help make your dream of cranking out delicious, mouth-watering barbecue a fun and fulfilling reality.
