Hey everyone, Allen here from Southern New Mexico!! Looking forward to meeting some new friends and sharing ideas! I have been making sausage, jerky, and smoking meats for a couple of years now and always wanting to learn more.
I picked up a 500 gallon propane tank yesterday and going to be doing a build either in the 500 or a 250 i already have. I have seen a lot of the great builds done here and looking for suggestions and advice. No need to reinvent the wheel!!
