I guess I'm supposed to introduce myself so here it goes.
I'm 50 but feel about 25, been married for 24 years I live in up in Northern California, above Sacramento NOT The Bay Area.
Been BBQ'n, Grilling and Smoking meats since about 1985.
Used/Owned everything from a weber kettle to a Holstein 600. (she's a beast but loads of fun)
Currently falling in love with my 48" MES. My 6ft custom stick burner is really jealous of the time I'm spending with the MES.
Anyway I make my own sauces and rubs from most of the stuff I'm growing in the garden. I do cheat and mix in some store bought stuff when I'm doing big jobs over 500. I do some catering and really enjoy discussing BBQ and all the comes with it.
