...but given the great looking halibut at the store, grilled fish tacos seemed appropriate for a Friday night.

Rubbed with SPOG, toasted cumin and chile powder.


Grilled to medium.


Mexican coleslaw, salsa and guacamole, with most of the ingredients coming from the garden.

Looks fantastic.  I typically grill some rock cod when I want some fish tacos.  Must try some halibut that the wife caught this year.  Thanks for posting the pics.
 
Thanks, c. They had some fresh cod that looked really good but this piece of halibut just spoke to me. Both make superb fish tacos.
