Hello all! I am originally from South Tampa and currently reside in Dunedin Fl. I love to ride motorcycles, fish, be on the water in general. I love Bourbon and BBQ. I have had numerous bullet style Brinkmans and they served their purpose well for me. I don't get to cook as much as I'd like so my knowledge is very very minimal. My wife threw out my last smoker and got me a Smoke Canyon Vertical Smoker with Offset Firebox for my birthday. I have done some searching(how I found this site) and found to possible concerns with heat, leaks etc and will address those issues if they present themselves. I typically don't ask a lot of questions unless I cannot find it via the search feature. This is more than I'm used to cooking with so I'm looking forward to doing some reading and learning. I am also open to any 'must read' suggestions that may not be in any pinned posts. See ya around the board.
