Good morning ,

I am new to smoking meat, just started this year. I am from Vancouver British Columbia, Canada. I am using a Masterbuilt 30" Propane Smoker. And I am really looking forward to learning some new stuff from all you pros on here.

Did my first brisket today and some pork ribs. Turned out very well.
