Has anyone who uses a Bradley Original smoker or comparable electric smoker ever smoked 2 briskets at once? If it is even possible with the tray spacing, what were the cons of doing two at once? How much of an increase in time was there compared to just one. Did the lower one take longer to reach internal temp?
