Hello everyone,

I've been grilling my whole life, but I'm brand new to the smoking game. I took a class about a year ago and had a great time, and I finally pulled the trigger on a smoker. I ordered a Rec Tec Mini, which is supposed to arrive Monday. I can't wait! 

I live in Sammamish, Washington.
