Thought y'all might want to know BBQ is spreading here in South America.    This is the new model trailer and the customer is proudly headed (at about 100mph) to Las leñas in the Andes mountains in between Chile and Argentina.      https://goo.gl/maps/iJVbx7Uj2u92

I build them using 3 120 gallon tanks for a light weight economical smoker.

I named this model trailer  Jabali       which is a wild pig in Spanish         (wild and powerful)   http://www.ahumadoras.com/ahumador-jabali/

4 in the first month of production.    Just need more skilled hands to make em.     I would have liked to use your upper intake but too much work explainin to folks how to use it.

Is the intention of the top of the fire box to be a wood fired griddle? Man that's a cool idea.

Love using that space for something... I know people put warming boxes there and that's cool too, but I don't think I've never seen the flat top idea yet it seems so obvious as a good thing to put there

Oh.. I commented on what his site said about the other trailer.. Lol mistake.. he told me later .. I messed up too.. Lol all good [emoji]127866[/emoji] he made the one for a chef
