Hello all, I have been a constant reader for a while now and decided to jump into the conversations!
I actually graduated college with a culinary arts degree so I am no stranger to cooking but recently got into smoking. I have been using a Holland charcoal grill as my smoker for a year or so. Have done quite a few butts, a couple pork loin, chicken quarters, whole chickens, and some trout. The forum has been awesome for ideas and a LOT of great information. Looking forward to talking to you all who share in the smoking addiction!! (My wife says I am teetering on having a smoking problem!)
