My first name is John. Nickname given to me by one of my motorcycle riding buddies is Big S. I am from Virginia. I currently own a Charbroil offset smoker. I am new to smoking meat but am excited and eager to learn more. Just seasoned my grill this weekend and am planning my first cook (pork butt) in a couple of weeks.
