Making the Beer Can Chicken Stand

Well been looking on here and the next thing that I'm going to give a go is the beer can chicken. I have seen that there are stands that you can buy but they are few and far between over here in the UK. I'm also on a budget so I'm going to make my own. I have bought 2 metal dishes from the charity shop for 50p each and going to build the framing for wire off oven racks. I know it sounds abit crack pot but I hope it all goes to plan. Ill post some pics of it on here soon.

Well been on the welder today and made my first one looks pritty gud just need to test it for size

It looks like it will work.

I used to do beer can chicken, but then did a spatchcocked one & never did the beer can again.

You get much better results with spatchcocking.

Don't bother with the beer - just use the stand.

Why is it a waste of time using the beer inside the chicken
