I pay about 300% more for steel and tools/machinery than y'all do in the states.
Cost of living is probably higher here than what y'all pay.
Plus I have a mountain of work but can't find staff who know how to use a tape measure or square (Yeah technical shit like that!)
Most are dead lazy or after 3 months they don't show for work and you end up in employment tribunal with a $10,000 case that the employee always wins.
Y'all have it super easy. i am at the point of importing all the Mexiacans y'all don't want.
