oh yeah, the partyq is making this so easy!  Love it!  165 at 10 hours...  going low and ssslllloooowwww
 
pulled it late last night and then separated it out this morning.  Yummy, and the longest cook I have had yet.  On the coals 14 hours.  Had to foil for the last hour or so to get it up to temp.
