Hi, I am from Northwest Wisconsin, I am just getting into smoking. I currently only have a propane grill that I am trying to use as a smoker. I am hoping to get a propane smoking this summer.

Jeff,

I jut want to thank you for your pork butt process. I used it and made the most moist pull pork yesterday. My wife commented on how moist it turned out. I am currently only using my propane gas grill. I had a decent smoke ring. my question is what is the best way to keep the smoke rolling when using a propane grill? I was using chips and I had to open the lip a lot more than I wanted to. I just picked up apple wood chucks hoping they will smolder longer than the chips.

Thank,

Rob
