Hey everyone!

My second post but I figure I introduce myself. I'm originally from El Paso and move to central Texas and want to become more TEXAS and Smoke my meat. Just got me a OLD Oklahoma joe but I've "smoked" a brisket on a propane grill. Hopefully I gain some knowledge here.

Hello everyone. I'm new to smoking. I've used my new smoker twice so far, tried again today but wound up rained out.lol
